The villa was built in 1886 and is one of the traditional heritage buildings in the Nymphenburg district. In 1937, the villa was adapted for hotel rooms.
The hotel "Laimer Hof" is situated in the heart of Nymphenburg district, just by the Nymphenburg Castle with its beautiful park, historic sites, the botanical garden and many museums (palace museum, nature museum, porcelain museum, carriages museum and more!) . Within a short walking distance you visit also the Hirschgarten - Europe's biggest beer garden in Munich. Because of this exclusive location soon the "Laimer Hof" turned into a popular place for visitors all over the world.
In May 2003 the young 'hotel family' Alexandra and Sebastian Rösch took over the neo renaissance villa which is under monumental protection. After substantial renovations and modernisations a fresh feel dominates the villa. The hotel provides its guests with everything required by modern business people or visitors to Munich who are in love with Nymphenburg Palace.
