Check-in and Check-out
You can check-in from 2 pm to 11 pm. Please contact us if you arriving before or afterwards so that we can make arrangements with you.
We kindly thank you for checking-out by 11 am. Please come and see us at reception if you wish to check-out later.
There are some parking lots right at the hotel. In case there is no space you can park your car anywhere in the neighborhood for free.
We will gladly take care of your luggage in case you want to enjoy your check-out day in Munich and of course if you arrive before your room is available.
During your stay
Our reception desk is occupied between 7.00 am and 11.00 pm and we are at your disposal to ensure a most pleasant stay.
Please do not hesitate to ask us questions about Nymphenburg, Munich and Bavaria, we have many suggestions and advice about how to make the most of your stay.
If you are planning to come back after 11 pm, please take your room key with you and use the night-door.
We offer a an excellent breakfast for you to start your day in Munich with which costs only €10 per person and is free for kids of 6 and under.
We serve fresh fruits, muesli, cereals, yogurts, jam, marmalade, german cold meats, cheeses, mozzarella and tomato salads. We have boiled eggs on the buffet and will gladly make you fried or scrambled eggs freshly.
Our selection breads and rolls are provided fresh every day from a local bavarian bakery.
We serve several coffee specialities including espresso, cappuccino and latte at no extra charge.
A range of high quality tee’s deserves special mention. Our tea comes from EILLES TEE who were appointed supplier to the Royal Bavarian Court under Ludwig II and are lauded one of the original founders of tea culture in Munich. Breakfast is available on:
- Monday to Friday from 7.00 am to 9.30 am
- Saturday, Sunday and on Public Holidays from 8.00 am to 10.00 am
There is a mini-bar in every room.
Drinks are served in the lobby until 11 pm and the atmosphere echoes the bavarian charm of “Gemütlichkeit”. When the weather is good, we also server drinks outside.
Within a short walking distance you will also find the “Königlicher Hirschgarten”, a traditional beer-garden which can seat up to 8,000 guests making it the largest beer-garden in Munich and in all of Bavaria. The beer-garden season starts in May and runs right through to October.
Multimedia & Television
All rooms have a television with SKY Movie and Sport Channels at no extra cost. You can borrow iPod docking stations and DVD players at the reception desk.
Pillows and blankets
There are additional blankets in the closet of your room. For additional pillows please come and see us.
Please let us know if you would like to have a wake-up call in the evening before.
We provide a smoothing iron and an ironing board free of charge. Please ask for them.
For doing your laundry, we charge €10,00 /bag (washing & drying). Please give us your laundry bag in the morning if possible. Unfortunately we don’t iron.
If you need a safe we will gladly take care of your valuables.
Communications and Technology
All our rooms have a telephone connection with direct external dialing. You can be reach by an external party if they call

The hotel offers free WiFi in all rooms and in the lobby. WiFi vouchers are available at the reception desk. There is a guest computer in the Lobby with a printer and also an extra LAN gateway.
You can use our fax for 0,30 €/page. Receiving faxes is free of charge. The number is +49 89 17 82 007.
We offer free guest bikes. Please come and see us at reception to ensure they are reserved for you. If you enjoy biking, we especially recommend Mike’s Bike Tours in Munich.
We have a number of complimentary city maps at the reception and also other handy information about tourist attractions for you to take with you.
There is a car rental service station which can be reached within 10 minutes walk.
Sometimes it rains in Munich! we will try our best to make sure that does not happen during your stay, however should it rain umbreallas can be borrowed at the reception desk.

There is a great playground at the Hirschgarten as well as a soccer field, basketball court and skater park.
You can purchase several postcards at our reception desk. Postcards of the „Laimer Hof“ are free.
You can purchase Stamps at the reception desk.
We will gladly send your postcards and letters. Just leave them at the reception.
We provide toothbrushes, toothpaste and shaving kits for free. Please just ask.
There are sewing kits available at the reception desk.
There is a shoe polishing machine on the ground floor next to the guest bathroom.
